ON CAUSING OF ROUGHNESS ON SURFACE OF STEEL
COLD-ROLLED BAND

It is worked out and it is tested at experienced-industrial conditions technology of electric discharge treatment in a pulsing regime for a surface of cast rollers for cold rolling mills of a steel band with coating of a microrelief which is describable by set parameters of roughness.
Its application allows substantially to increase essentially service live of rollers, practically completely to eliminate probability of interterm weldability of coils for cold-rolled bands, and also considerably to improve quality of surface preparation of metal under a coverage.
