Welsch’s theory,which opens new horizons for intellectual strategies building. The central idea of the paper is transitionand transitional states between different types of rationality. The author underlines that transitions,terminals, differences, relations form the environment of the complex thinking as a transversal one. It isactually the detection of transitions. The concepts of transversal reason have considerable heuristicpotential in the present conditions of different positions existence.
